We guarantee your case will be fixed once you have accepted our
quotation. You will however also have to pay additional expenses
to third parties (called disbursements) and your solicitor will
explain these fully to you and will not spend any money on your
behalf without your agreement. |

No Move No Fee Should you decide not to move there will be no legal fee payable for this service. You will be responsible for expenses that your solicitor incurs on your behalf but you will be fully informed before any expense is incurred. All services are subject to written terms and conditions. |

Yours questions answered... is it true that solicitors always make a charge, even if a sale or purchase does not proceed? Not
if you use Andrew Craig Conveyancing! Other solicitors may make
a charge but with our conveyancing service if your sale or purchase
should fail to go ahead for any reason, no legal fees will be payable.
This excludes any expenses that you had approved with the solicitor. |

Will I know in advance what I will have to pay? Yes! To enable you to budget precisely, we guarantee our conveyancing fees. Everything is included from day one, even the VAT. How will I be kept up to date as to progress on my conveyancing? All of our panel solicitors use the most up to date technology and can keep in touch with by email or secure case tracking. We understand not all home movers are the same and we will communicate with you regularly in a manner that suits you. We will keep you up to date at every stage of your transaction.
