Property Management Credit Control.
Andrew Craig Property Management is looking for a well-organised and proactive individual to join their team. You will be a good communicator, confident, able to provide excellent customer service. The main role will be credit control, including checking rents on a daily basis, speaking to tenants and landlords regarding rent arrears, organising repayment plans and issuing relevant notices. Experience in a similar financial role will be an advantage. Driving licence would be preferred. Must be IT literate. Previous experience of working in a Property Management environment is preferred but not essential.
