We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team on a Full Time basis, as an Inventory Clerk. You must be able to work independently as well as work well as a team. Be able to make decisions and deal with difficult people in a calm and professional manor. You need to be hard working, organised, eye for detail and motivated. Experience in this field is not essential as full training will be provided.
As an Inventory Clerk you’ll be responsible for conducting inventory, check out and inspection reports on a large and diverse property portfolio. You will have use of a tablet installed with inventory software.

Working hours Full Time 9:00 - 17:15 Monday - Friday. Based from our Property Management Department in our Low Fell Branch
Occasional Saturdays (office based) after training
Some experience in Lettings preferred
The candidate will need to possess excellent communication and people skills.
You will work from an appointed diary and must be self reliant with good initiative as you will work alone for the main part of your day, although you are always fully supported by our Property Management Department.
Applicants should have a high attention to detail with good organisational and time management skills. Excellent verbal communication, written and IT skills are important.
