FULL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICE - This is the complete management service where the Landlord does not need to have any contact with the tenants. The tenant’s point of contact is their dedicated property manager and we will deal with all tenant enquiries. If a problem occurs then we contact the landlord to discuss and then resolve with the tenant. If repairs are required, the landlord can use their preferred contractor or we can instruct somebody who we deal with. The only extras are EPC’s and safety certificates.
We carry out a full inventory and a tenant check out to ensure all is in order. If there is a deposit dispute, we prepare the submission to the deposit company on behalf of the landlord.
LETTING SERVICE WITH RENT COLLECTION - This is similar to Full Management but without some components, which not all landlords require. It is still a very comprehensive management service including an Inventory, maintenance management and a dedicated property manager. If a landlord decides at a later date to have further services, then these are still available but at additional cost.
TENANT FIND ONLY - This is offered as an alternative to our management services and is ideal for landlords who wish to collect their own rent and deal direct with the tenant. The landlord can also register the deposit themselves.
RENT GUARANTEE - If the tenant fails to pay the rent then the Rent Guarantee policy comes into effect, including the legal fees cover. Terms apply so please ask for further details. This product can be added to our Full Management Service at modest additional cost.
