Throughout the application process you will have a dedicated lettings specialist that you can contact with any enquiries that you may have. If your Landlord uses our Fully Managed service then you will also have a dedicated property manager throughout your tenancy, who you will contact instead of your landlord.
Repairs
If you are currently renting a property through Andrew Craig and you need to report a repair you must do this online by using our maintenance reporting system and one of our team will get back to you as soon as possible. You can do this at any time of day.
