We have a new opportunity for a Land & New Homes Sales Negotiator to join our Team. The New Homes market is a niche sales environment dealing with new builds, developments, investors and buyers. Therefore, the ideal candidate will be confident and target driven, with proven experience in sales preferably within property and possess good communication skills.
-Sales Negotiation of new homes & land
-Liaising with mortgage advisors, solicitors and other external contacts, progressing sales through to completion
-Dealing with diaries, emails and correspondence
-Pursuit of finding the next big opportunity or indeed highlighting development potential to land owners
-Handling new land opportunities and ensuring that these are assessed thoroughly
-Reporting to Sales Manager with updates on sales and progression targets
-Maintaining customer records, ensuring all information is up to date and accurate
-Working knowledge of sales within the Housing market is essential
-Proven success in a sales based role
-Excellent customer service experience
