We are looking for Sales Negotiators to work in our Customer Care Team

We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join our growing Customer Contact Centre. The opportunity will involve working as part of a shift rota.

The purpose of this role is to support our branch network by arranging property valuations and viewings. Offering appointments with our in house financial advisers and also discussing any additional services that will be beneficial to the client on an inbound and outbound basis.

The role involves:

Providing invaluable support to our branch network

Building on existing business relationships to improve on the already outstanding service we offer

Proactively identifying new business opportunities

Upselling the services we already have to existing clients

Dealing with inbound queries out of hours to offer support to clients for longer opening times

Making outbound calls to prospective clients - NO COLD CALLING

Providing key support to our branches to ensure we maximise every opportunity

Working to agreed targets and deadlines, providing updates to your line manager

The ideal candidate will have the following:

Outbound business telesales experience

Experience within the estate agency environment

Excellent telephone manner

Be self motivated and driven to succeed

Excellent customer service skills

Experience using CRM or similar software

Excellent customer service skills

A keen eye for detail and excellent record keeping skills

Flexibility to commit to work over 7 days between the hours of 8am-8pm on a rotational basis
